The hidden ones
23 of the 46 are hidden achievements. Steam publishes their names and their unlock rates but withholds the descriptions, and we have left those descriptions blank rather than writing plausible-sounding text. What the names and rates do tell you is where the story branches: the cluster at the bottom of the table — Uphill Battle (0.4%), Together Forever (0.4%), Selfish (0.6%), The Knyazmaker (1%) — lines up with the endings, and the endings page maps each one to how it is triggered.
The ones almost everybody has
At the top of the table sit Balanced Diet (78.3%), Dead Man Talkin' (77.3%), A Dawnwalker is Born (75.2%), Untouchable (71.4%). These are the early tutorial beats — feeding, using Compel Soul, finishing the prologue, blocking. If you are missing one of them you are very early in the game rather than doing something unusual.
These numbers move
Global unlock rates shift as more people play and as the people who already own the game get further into it. Everything on this page was read in the game’s first week, which is the honest scope of the claim: these are early numbers and every one of them will rise. It is also Steam-only — console trophy rates are tracked separately by Sony and Microsoft and are not included here.
