30-day time planner
Tick what you want to do. It adds up the segments, shows how much of that is locked to a specific phase, and tells you how much of the budget is left. Your plan lives in the URL, so you can bookmark it or send it to someone.
Phase-locked only — quests you can do in either phase are not counted here, so these will not add up to the total above.
- Day-locked
- 0 of 240 day segments
- Night-locked
- 0 of 240 night segments
Every side quest in the game adds up to far less than the budget. The thing that actually costs you content is the prologue, which has its own tiny budget and whose side quests are gone forever once it ends — not the 30 days.

How to read the numbers
A segment is the unit Dawnwalker spends when you finish an objective. 8 of them fill the day phase and 8 fill the night, so a full day is 16 and the campaign is 30 of those. Nothing ticks on its own: you can explore, fight and fast-travel between shrines all you like without spending anything.
What is not in this list
- The main story. It has no published per-quest table, only an overall estimate of 7–10 days. That is what the “include the main story” toggle adds — a 7-to-10-day band, not a real breakdown.
- The prologue. It runs on a separate, much tighter budget before the 30 days begin, so mixing it in here would be misleading. It has its own planner.
- Small incidental costs. Learning a perk at a shrine costs a segment on top of the XP, waiting at a shrine costs one, some dialogue options carry an hourglass, and getting caught stealing costs four. These are unpredictable, so leave yourself some slack.
For context on how much slack that leaves: the 45 side quests with published costs come to 106–127 segments between them, against a derived total of 480. Even adding the main story at its slowest, most of the budget goes unspent.
